Il publisher Strategy First ha scelto la software house olandese Team6, nota per alcuni titoli di media qualità rilasciati su Wii e PC, per l’occasione. Chaos & Destruction potrà contare su un catalogo di quarantasette veicoli e addirittura ventimila oggetti distruttibili su ogni circuito. Nove modalità, nove arene per il Destruction Derby, otto modalità riservate al gioco online per un massimo di sedici utenti: questi i numeri del FlatOut più grande, almeno per proporzioni, di sempre.
